Crew Resource Management (CRM) Initial Training

The objective of this Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training is to provide the trainees with a basic knowledge of Human Factors relevant to the understanding of CRM (Introductory) to enhance communication and co-ordination skills of flight and cabin crew members relevant to the operator’s culture and type of operation (Operator’s).


Course Description

The  Initial CRM Course is a combination of theoretical classroom instruction (including PPT and video presentations) and practical training covering the following training elements:
  • Human error and performances
  • Error management
  • CRM principles and objectives
  • Human factors in aviation
  • Causes of aircraft accidents
  • Case based studies
  • Communication
  • Situation awareness, information acquisition and processing
  • Stress and stress management
  • Personality awareness, attitudes and behaviors
  • Team work
The Initial CRM Course has a duration of two days.
